Homemade pasta!!!!

My family LOVES pasta! I would try to only buy organic or non-gmo pasta, but that was getting expensive. So I did some research and came across the Philips pasta maker machine. I wanted to make my own pasta at home and know exactly what was going into the pasta and never question it.

This machine is simply the best! It’s so simple and easy to clean! I high suggest this pasta machine to everyone! It comes with a recipe book, and a booklet on troubleshooting and details on how much flour, eggs and water is needed for each recipe. You can add herbs, carrot juice, and more to the pasta mixture!

Pasta Maker includes:

Four extruding discs. (Penne, fettuccine, spaghetti and lasagna.)
Two measuring cups.
Spaghetti and fettuccini cleaning tools.
Flat scraping/cleaning tool.

The machine has two settings, one for 10 minutes which is the smaller batch and second setting is for double patch which last 15 minutes. Around the three minute mark the pasta will start being pushed through. So simple! I was surprised how easy it was to make.

Cooking time for the pasta is only 5-6 minutes max. You can also dry your pasta to later use. It saves time and money. I will never buy store bough pasta again!
